Constitutional Amendments

Expand property tax exemption to consigned jewelry. - DEFEATED

Prohibit lawmakers from reducing state supplemental pay for police and firefighters. - PASSED

Expand state supplemental pay to include firefighters and police officers employed by port authorities. - PASSED

Require Legislature to devise ways of financing future benefits for the State's retirement systems when approving new benefits. - PASSED
